1.2 Users must register an account on the Platform to participate in tournaments or claim winnings. Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory.

2.2 Any activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.1 Users must follow all tournament rules and guidelines provided on the Platform.

3.2 Cheating, exploiting bugs, or engaging in unethical practices will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.

3.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any tournament at its discretion.

4.1 Winnings will be distributed to users’ registered accounts or crypto wallets within 30 business days after the tournament concludes.

4.2 Users are responsible for providing accurate payment or wallet details for the receipt of winnings.

4.3 The Platform is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment details provided by the user.

4.4 Winnings may be subject to applicable taxes or deductions as per local regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local tax laws.

5.1 Users must interact respectfully with other participants and the Platform’s staff. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of misconduct is prohibited.

5.2 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating the code of conduct.

6.1 Entry fees for tournaments are non-refundable unless a tournament is canceled by the Platform.

6.2 If a tournament is canceled, users will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded within 30 business days.

7.1 The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from disruptions or delays in tournaments due to technical issues or external factors, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

7.2 By using the Platform, you agree to participate at your own risk.

8.1 All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by CaptainSide Esports Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the Platform.

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Indian Constitution.

11.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Chhattisgarh court.
